I started AA Find the One with a simple mission: to help homeowners who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do with a property they no longer want or can’t manage. Over the years, I’ve seen families dealing with the stress of probate, the pain of losing a loved one, or the financial burden of costly repairs, and many didn’t know who to turn to or whom they could trust. I wanted to be that trusted person, someone who listens first, and offers real solutions with compassion and care.
As a local real estate investor in Tampa Bay, I believe in doing business with heart. This isn’t just about buying houses, it’s about helping people move forward. Whether it’s an inherited home, a distressed property, or just a tough situation, my goal is to make the process as smooth, respectful, and stress-free as possible. Hi, I’m Anthony, founder of AA Find the One. I’ve always had a passion for helping people. I started my career as a Patrol Deputy with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, where I served my community with integrity and care. That same desire to make a difference eventually led me to real estate.
After becoming a Registered Trainee Appraiser, I joined the Pinellas County Property Appraiser’s Office as a residential appraiser. I quickly realized I could use my experience and heart for service to help homeowners facing difficult decisions, whether it’s an inherited property, costly repairs, or financial hardship.
